Gerard M. Fischette

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fischette began his career as a licensed master electrician and electrical contractor. He quickly became an active member of the industry and served on the Board of Directors of the Electrical Association of Rochester, New York in the late 1970s.

In the early 1980s, Mr. Fischette was recognized as a pioneer in the satellite television industry and brought his experience and reputation to Washington, D.C., where he lobbied the Congressional Telecommunications Sub-Committee for issues surrounding the satellite television industry. He also served on the Board of Directors for SPACE (Society for Private and Commercial Earth Stations) and was later hired as the organization’s Vice President. In this role, Mr. Fischette was part of the team responsible for merging SPACE with DBS (Direct Broadcast Satellite Association) to become SBCA (Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association), of which he was named Vice President and General Manager. 

A true visionary, Mr. Fischette saw the need for an organization of professional installation and service personnel for emerging technology implementation on a national level, and therefore founded TechNet International, Inc. in 1993. His extensive experience and respected position provided both credibility and a great advantage for the new company, allowing TechNet to gain access to key technology contacts. 

Now TechNet Global Services, the company is known for quality installation, service and consulting services to a broad array of technologically diverse clients. Additionally, Mr. Fischette has expanded the scope of TechNet to include the development of training programs to elevate the level of professional installation, trouble shooting and service that is critical to the success of these projects. 

Mr. Fischette continues to drive the overall vision and direction of TechNet as the company maintains its reputation of quality service as an industry leading high-tech solutions integrator to ever-growing and increasingly diverse markets.

Michael Fischette

President

Mr. Fischette is responsible for the oversight of business development, project management, and direction of technology for TechNet Global Services, an industry leading high-tech solutions integrator. With over 15 years of experience in business development, sales and electrical installations, Mr. Fischette brings a high level of experience and expertise to his position as President of the Company. 

Under his direction, TechNet has created and maintained multiple quality business partnerships with fortune 1000 companies. Through forward thinking and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of cutting-edge technologies, Mr. Fischette is responsible for forecasting the development and release of new technologies while ensuring that TechNet is skilled, trained and educated to master these technologies upon their release. Mr. Fischette is also responsible for the management of project bid development and the RFI/Q/P processes. He works closely with the engineering department, ensuring quality control from project development through installation and implementation.

Audrey P. Fischette

Vice President & Office Manager

Having been with TechNet since 1995, Ms. Fischette has grown with the company since its inception, taking on office management duties in addition to her role as Vice President. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, she brings an in-depth knowledge of the needs of the industry and the forward thinking necessary to drive revenue and produce results in a competitive market. In her role, Ms. Fischette acts as a liaison for all banking and financial affairs, interacts with multiple state agencies nationwide, and is responsible for all payroll, benefit services and insurance enrollment for TechNet employees. Ms. Fischette also manages all corporate licensing and is responsible for recruiting affiliates and maintaining the company's affiliate database. Her leadership, business acumen and expertise are essential to TechNet as the company continues to grow and flourish.

Luis A. Vargas

Director, Project Management

Mr.Vargas works directly with the President and COO of the company overseeing various technology projects. His understanding, quick thinking and problem solving of project challenges and milestones has brought TechNet great success in meeting project goals and timelines as well as meeting project objectives and financial goals. Mr. Vargas also assists in project bid development, RFP/I/Q review, and project scheduling. He works with the engineering department to surmount product installation obstacles and challenges.

Mr. Vargas brings over 16-years in the Data/Telecommunications Industry specializing in all facets of Technology ranging from: low voltage cabling; Wireless 802.11; CCTV and Security Systems: Networking; Satellite, Audio and Video installation and services. As a former owner of a Data\Telecommunications business he brings superior leadership skills and project management experience. He is currently a Senior Project Manager for TechNet Global Services, an industry leading high-tech solutions integrator. 

Sean T. Patton

Engineering Project Coordinator

Mr. Patton is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology. He has worked with TechNet Global Services for over 2 years on a wide variety of projects from VSAT systems, cellular-modem, Audio-Visual, CCTV and municipal surveillance projects.

Mr. Patton works directly with the President and Senior Project Managers in the overall solution and design of various technology projects. He works with the President and COO directly during sales and presentation situations and will often research to find hardware or software solutions for a customer.

Mr. Patton coordinates directly with project managers and field service technicians on a day to day basis. He also interfaces with customer management contacts to keep the involved parties aware of current project process and solutions to issues as they arise. He is a Verint Certified Trainer on their enterprise encoder solutions and often provides engineering level support on the systems TechNet is working with. He plays an integral role in the Public Safety Business Development Department for TechNet Global Services.
